Delivery information
BBC MK will always endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days from when we receive your order.

When you place an order via our online store, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been place and is being processed.

Once we have completed fulfilling your order, you will receive another email to confirm that your item(s) have been shipped and on it’s way to you!

If you do not receive your item within 1 week of despatch, please contact us.

We offer free delivery for orders over £50 to the UK Mainland. Delivery charges for all orders under £50 to the UK Mainland is £4.95

Please contact us on 01908 540 180 for delivery charges to any areas outside the UK Mainland.

When ordering goods for overseas delivery you may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these and are not responsible to any additional charges that may be incurred.

You can return your item(s) to us in the original condition (including any boxes) within 21 days of the date you received it/them and we will issue a refund or exchange it/them for another item. Please read how to return an item or see our terms and conditions for further information.
