We offer a FREE economy delivery option for UK Mainland orders, (estimated delivery 4-5 working days).

Next Day Delivery courier service is available for all UK Mainland order (only £4.95)

How long will it take for my goods to be despatched?

My goods have been despatched, when will I receive them?

When you place an order via our online store, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been place and is being processed.

Once we have completed fulfilling your order, you will receive another email to confirm that your item(s) have been shipped and on it’s way to you!

If you do not receive your item within 1 week of despatch, please contact us.

What is your returns policy?

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition (including box) within 21 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the item.

Please do not stick or attach any labels, forms or ANYTHING directly to the box, please use appropriate packaging to cover the box.

After 21 days from the date of delivery we are unable to accept your order back for a refund or an exchange (Christmas excluded).

How do I find a product on the site?

Finding an item on our website couldn’t be easier! You can either use the search box at the top of each page which will auto suggest possible results for you. Simply type in the first few letters of the product you are looking for and a list of possible suggestions will appear. Click on any of the items you wish to view or alternatively, click the “View all results” link to view all the search results including your search criteria. You can also use the main category navigation bar which also appears on each page. How do I add or remove an item to/from my shopping basket?

Once you have found an item you wish to order, simply select the size where applicable, and click “Add to basket”. You will then be taken to your shopping basket which will display the item selected. Should you wish to remove an item from your basket, simply click on “Delete” icon next to the item in question.

How do I place an order?

Once you have added your item(s) to your shopping basket and are ready to checkout, please follow the following steps to checkout:

  • Click the green "checkout now" button, this will take you to the next step in the checkout process
  • You will then be asked to complete your personal, delivery and billing details
  • Review your order and then click “Place order”

How do I pay for my purchase?

Enter your card details into our secure site during the Checkout process and payment will be taken when your order is placed. How do you prevent fraudulent transactions?

What happens if I am unable to take delivery?

If you are not available at the delivery address specified, our carrier will usually leave a “Sorry you weren’t in” card and your goods will be taken to your local depot or sorting office. You can then arrange for an alternative delivery date or collect your parcel from there.

Can I change my delivery address?

You will be able to change your delivery address up to the day of despatch. Because we ship products within 2 working days of receiving your order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery address.

How will my product(s) be packaged?

Depending on the size, your product(s) will be safely packaged for transit in either a box or a bag.

If I return an item to exchange or refund, how long soon will I get my refund?

If you require a refund with no exchange, we will refund your card within 7 days of receiving your returned item(s). This normally takes 3 working days to appear as a refund on your statement, depending on your bank / card provider. You should receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
