BUCKS BOARDING CENTRE has an established mail order service.  We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

Our aim is to despatch your order as quickly as possible.  Orders received before 1pm will be despatched for next day delivery (courier permitting).  Please note we cannot despatch goods at weekends or on public holidays. 

 

Online Security
Your information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
In the unlikely event of credit card fraud, the credit card issuer usually covers the cost, and as a consumer you should contact your card providers to find out your position. 
Placing an order is easy and secure.  In order to process your request and notify you of your order status, we require the following information: your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiry date. We delete your online credit card details as soon as the order is processed. 

Privacy Policy
We will not pass on any details to any other parties.  We may notify you of special offers, board clinics and news by email. If you do not want to receive emails from us, please send an email to info@bucksboarding.co.uk requesting us to remove you from our mailing list 

 

Our on-line ordering service is completely secure.  We do accept telephone orders for delivery and collection at our stores. 

Call us on 01494 472 000 or email us at info@bucksboarding.co.uk with your order details and a contact number and we will ring you back to process your payment.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible either by telephone or email so we can discuss the options available to you.  All we ask is that you return unwanted items within 14 days unused/unworn with their original packaging with your receipt.  Please enclose your name, address, telephone number and email address together with your request for a replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods.  Please note refunds can only be made to the original card used for the purchase.  Please note refunds will not be made for special orders - such items will only be exchanged if they are faulty.

 

In the unlikely event you receive faulty goods please contact us immediately either by telephone or email so we can efficiently and effectively deal with the problem.  If the goods need to be returned to us, please refer to our Returns section.

 

The manufacturers warranties apply to all goods - in the event of a query please contact us and we will be happy to assist.  Prices and availability information is subject to change without notice.  Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
