When choosing a board that's right for you, you'll need to consider what kind of riding you want to do. Boards in the 29 to 34" range have a shorter wheel base which gives the board a smaller overall turning radius. Boards 35" and above have a longer wheel base with a larger turning radius, and are more suited for carving. Slant inverted trucks provide a sharper turning radius and better control at higher speeds.
